From the Nagasaki-Ekimae tram stop, take the pedestrian bridge towards the Prefectural Bus Terminal; from there we’re about 3 minutes’ walk. From JR Nagasaki Station, leave by the Kamome Exit (East Exit); it’s about 8 minutes on foot. Look for the round doorway with the noren curtain.
We have no parking. Please use one of the pay car parks nearby.
How to book (Hot Pepper Gourmet)
We take reservations online through Hot Pepper Gourmet, Japan’s leading restaurant booking site. The pages are in Japanese, but booking only takes a few minutes:
- Tap “Check availability & book”. On the calendar, ◎ means you can book instantly, □ means a request booking (the restaurant confirms it by email), and × means fully booked.
- Choose the number of guests (人数) and your arrival time (時間).
- Choose a course (コース), or お席のみのご予約 (table only, no course).
- Enter your details and confirm — a confirmation email will follow. If a field asks for Japanese (such as the katakana reading of your name, フリガナ), your hotel front desk can usually help.
Tip: your browser’s built-in translation works well on the booking pages. Add any allergies, dietary requirements or special requests in the requests field (ご要望).
Table-only bookings are accepted until 21:00 on the day; courses by 21:00 the day before (some courses need booking 2 or 7 days ahead; see each course for its deadline). For course bookings, cancellations made after 12:00 (noon) on the day are charged at 100% of the course price per person.
