Food & Courses

Nagasaki seafood and charcoal grilling. Dinner courses from ¥5,500.

Nagasaki’s sea, and the glow of charcoal.

Fish landed in Nagasaki is judged each day and served as sashimi, thinly sliced usuzukuri, seared, or grilled over charcoal. Arita chicken from neighbouring Saga is aged, then grilled over charcoal until tender and full of flavour.

Alongside it: A5-grade Nagasaki Wagyu, basashi (horse-meat sashimi) shipped direct from Kumamoto, and whale, long a part of Nagasaki’s food culture. From dishes made for drinking to plates fit for a celebration, everything is served on Arita ware and other Japanese ceramics.
